Founded in 2019 by distinguished AI PhDs and industry veterans, Straits AI Group has rapidly evolved from a JS-SEZ-based consultancy to a global force in AI infrastructure development.

Our journey began with government and enterprise consulting, where we developed rapid AI deployment frameworks that helped organizations extract unprecedented value from large-scale data operations.

Today, our platforms power over 100 partners worldwide, while our infrastructure projects, including the groundbreaking 161-acre AI Supercluster in Brazil, are reshaping how nations approach AI development and workforce transformation.

How the group is held

The Straits Institute for Applied AI is a joint venture of Straits AI Group and iGroup. Straits AI Group contributes hyperscale AI infrastructure, enterprise deployment and autonomous-systems research; iGroup contributes distribution and editorial reach. The group is also part of the consortium that owns the Asian franchise of Berlitz.

Straits Institute for Applied AI

The group's training arm. It publishes 320 applied-AI titles across 40 professional sectors in five languages, drawn from a knowledge graph of more than 7,800 learning objectives covering 166 professions in 18 industries, alongside 100 courses of which 41 are fully filmed. Every title is expert-reviewed, traced to a primary source and refreshed on a six-month cycle. The library is distributed in 22 markets through iGroup.

Eigenform.ai

Self-learning models applied to finance, commodities and mineral exploration, developed in Singapore with government backing. Under a memorandum of understanding with Lightning Minerals (ASX:L1M), Eigenform NextMaps applies geological analytics across the company's Australian exploration portfolio — digitising historical datasets, prospectivity modelling and drill planning — beginning with selected Western Australian gold projects.

Eigenform NextMaps Signs Strategic MoU with Lightning Minerals (ASX:L1M)

Eigenform NextMaps brings AI-assisted geological analytics to Lightning Minerals' Australian exploration portfolio — sharpening drill targeting, exploration planning and capital allocation.

Under the MoU, Eigenform NextMaps and Lightning Minerals will apply advanced data analytics and digital exploration workflows across the company's Australian assets — from digitising historical geological datasets and mineral prospectivity modelling to exploration target generation, ranking and drill planning. The initial rollout focuses on selected Western Australian gold projects before expanding to the flagship Mt Turner Gold Project in northern Queensland and the Warby Tungsten Project.

This collaboration will demonstrate how AI-assisted geological workflows can unlock additional value from historical datasets, improve exploration planning and accelerate the pathway to new discoveries.
